29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) On or about November 6, 2023, employees performed servicing and maintenance activities including, but not limited to clearing jams on equipment such as, but not limited to press bender #867. Employees performing servicing and maintenance did not receive training adequate for authorized employees, exposing the employee to hazards such as, but not limited to being struck-by and caught-in the machine.
