OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to unguarded rotating parts while operating machines without a readily accessible emergency stop device. Location: Southeast side of production area. On or about November 17, 2023 the following pieces of equipment were not provided with a readily accessible emergency stop device. 1. Webb Whacheon 20 1/2 x 60 gap bed engine lathe. 2. Bridgeport vertical milling machine.
