29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3): When the employer had reason to believe that an affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (f)(2) of this section, the employer did not retrain that employee: (a)On or about November 17, 2023, and at times prior thereto, Willamette National Cemetery (WNC), employees were exposed to occupational injury and illness when their employer failed to re-train employees on the proper use of PPE.
