29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank-cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association (CGA) Pamphlet P-1-(series), which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: On or about November 13, 2023, and at times prior to, at a commercial jobsite located at 22522 Imperial Valley Drive Houston, TX 77073, the employer failed to properly store compressed gas cylinders in a manner to prevent accidental knock over by use of chain, strap, bracket, or noncombustible rack as required by CGA Pamphlet P-1 (series), creating a struck by hazard to employees.
