29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On November 8, 2023 and times prior at or near 214 North Fourth Street in Grand Forks, North Dakota, employees and employees of sub-contractors were exposed to slip/trip/fall hazards from construction materials left in walkways and stairs of the southeast stair tower leading up to the fourth floor.
