29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder. a) On or about November 6, 2023, employee was exposed to a fall hazard while carrying or passing large objects up and down the attic ladder located in employee breakroom. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
