OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) General Plumbing Supply, Inc./980 New Durham Rd/Edison, NJ 08817 - Building B: The employer did not ensure that employee's operating powered industrial equipment used in the movement of materials within Building B, used operator restraint devices. An employee operated forklifts that included, but were not limited to, Komatsu sit-down electric forklifts, and did not use seat belts, exposing them to crushing hazards in the event of a tip over. Observed on or about 11/7/2023.
