29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not create or maintain a safety and health program to include, but not limited to, identification and control of hazards, training and education, and work safety rules and procedures to enable employees exposed to fall hazards to recognize and avoid unsafe conditions at the workplace: a) Jobsite located at 117 Smithworks Blvd., Phoenixville, PA. - The employer did not initiate or maintain an accident prevention program to address the associated hazards that employees are exposed to during roofing activities, such as but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about November 3, 2023.
