The certification did not identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection: (a) On or about October 31, 2023, and times prior thereto, where the employer did not ensure the energy control periodic inspections were performed and certified of the Lockout/tagout procedures: PRYSMIAN CABLES AND SYSTEMS USA, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.147(c)(6) (ii) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 166195, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, THAT WAS ISSUED ON JANUARY 25, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9975 US HWY 80 E, SCOTTSVILLE, TX, 75670. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS FEBRUARY 14, 2023.
