29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about October 24, 2023, employees were engaged in servicing and maintenance activities such as, but not limited to cleaning dough from the rollers of the Pan-O-Mat without written energy control procedures being utilized. b) On or about October 24, 2023, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities such as installing, setting up, adjusting, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, cleaning and servicing the stick #1 Pan-O-Mat without Written energy control procedures being utilized.
