29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a) 5105 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized eye protection when exposed to hazards from flying particles. Employees operated grinders and handheld blowers to clear concrete joints and were exposed to flying particles including but not limited to caulking debris and concrete dust and chips.
