29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: On or about October 24, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet, while climbing down from the first story top plate to the interior of the building by the interior walls, while framing on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois.
