29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) (a) On or before 10/21/2023 the correcting and controlling employer did not ensure jobsites were visited regularly to ensure subcontractor employees were protected from serious hazards. Subcontractor employees were working on a Saturday on the unfinished 2nd floor of a new townhome building under construction without using approved methods of fall protection. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards greater than 11 feet.
