29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At jobsite located at 2005 W Dennis Ave, Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulled away from the plug end of the cord and power cords lines have multiple frays exposing the inner covering of the wires. The Marco Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.405(g)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589001, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-29-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6811 W. 162nd Terr.
