OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from hazards associated with burn hazards. Location: Batch Mezzanine On or about October 5, 2023, employees manually weighing and transferring liquid polyol at temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Celsius were exposed to burn hazards when the employer did not provide transfer buckets that were rated to withstand the temperature.
