29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) Greenwich Drive Feeds Into Pacific Boulevard, West Windsor NJ: On 10/12/23 a company employee and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to struck by hazards falling up to and in excess of 10 feet 2 inches onto them when working in manholes without head protection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILUE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
