29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Fred's Appliance Warehouse: On or about October 10th, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while walking and working around an unstable stack of LG, Caf�, and GE Appliances. The LG, Caf� and GE appliances were located in the middle, southwest, and west areas of the warehouse. Fred's Appliance, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.176(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575298, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/18/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 211 Yukon Lane, Belgrade, MT 59714.
