29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about October 4, 2023, the employer failed to provide suitable facilities for drenching or flushing of an employee's eyes and body for immediate emergency use free of obstacles when conducting viscosity tests on highly basic chemical products including but not limited to Corrugated Adhesive in different locations including the front of the Roller Press Area and on the elevated platform to access the mixing tanks in the facility's mixing area.
