29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about October 3, 2023, at Dreco, Inc. within the facility located at 7887 Root Rd. North Ridgeville OH 44039, employees were exposed to potential electrical shock hazards in that the employer was using temporary wiring/flexible cords in lieu of fixed wiring to power the IMS (Model: TC-0255 S/N: S35280000) plastics coloring tumbler machine. One temporary wiring/flexible cord plugged into a 240V outlet, was used to power the plastics coloring tumbler machine.
