29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed. a) On or about October 3, 2023, at southwest of SR 417 by Mile Marker 9, employees were exposed to 6 feet fall hazard, in that the extension ladders were taken apart to reach and rig the concrete sound barrier panels.
