29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a) Amcor Flexibles North America, Inc. On or about October 2, 2023 at the address of 730 Industrial Drive Fremont, OH 43420. The employer did not ensure Red Peco wooden pallets used to transport plastic rolls were of the same or greater load rating (capacity) as the rolls being transported. Employees working in and around overloaded pallets are exposed to struck-by hazards.
