29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) 234 N. Gay St., Auburn AL. - Mechanical Room; On September 26, 2023 the employer exposed employees to worksite hazards in that the employer failed to instruct his employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions applicable to their work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or exposure to illness or injury. Employees were allowed to work on a live electrical cabinet with a voltage of 240 height without being trained in safe electrical work practices.
