29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Employees performing residential framing activities such as but not limited to measuring decking and crawling on joists at elevations of six feet or more above the lower level are not being protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on September 27,2023. Chris Duff was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 153790, Citation 2, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8702 Rapid Water Dr, Sherwood, AR. Chris Duff was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1493430, Citation 1, Item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 5, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8718 Rapid Water, Lot#7, Block 15, Sherwood, AR. Chris Duff was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541892, Citation 1, Item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1634 Vista Creek Dr., Benton, AR.
