29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about September 13, 2023: Employees engaged in residential roofing activities located 842 South Kansas Ave, Hastings, Nebraska 68901 were exposed to fall hazards in that employees were re-roofing an existing residential home where the ground to eve measured approximately 11 feet 3 inches and were not protected by a guard rail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.
