29 CFR 1928.51(c): Each roll-over protective structure (ROPS) did not have a label, permanently affixed to the structure, which stated the information required in 29 CFR 1928.51(c)(1) through (c)(4): Worksite located at 45 Floydville Road, East Granby, Connecticut: On, or about, September 21, 2023, the roll-over protective structure provided on a 1996 Ford 1920 tractor did not have a permanently affixed tag/label that included information regarding the manufacturer, identification number, information regarding what tractors it was designed to fit and that it met the testing requirements contained in Subpart C of 29 CFR 1928.
