29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure may equal or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: On or about September 14, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to noise hazard from lawn mowers, motorized string trimers and blowers without a continuing, effective monitoring program in place or adequate evaluation of their noise exposure.
