29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about Sept 15, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the subcontractor did not ensure employees working from heights six feet or greater were provided with fall protection. The sub-contractor and his employee were both exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twelve feet to the concrete below.
