29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels: (a) Save Philly Chelten LLC located at 1500 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082 - On or about September 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees had access to the electrical panel boxes while working in the back warehouse area. Electrical panel boxes were blocked by metal racking pieces and equipment.
