29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) On or about September 06, 2023 - Assembly, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in hazards when the employer did not ensure that employees had been trained on the LOTO program and understood their role as an affected or authorized employee before the employees cleared a jam and performed clean-up and sanitation at the equipment, such as, but not limited to, the biscuit cutter, bag sealer, 'doughboy', and cord and plug equipment.
