29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that no employee approached or took any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A)-(C) were met: On or about 9/8/2023, at 10392 SW 1st Street, Sweetwater, Florida, the employer allowed an employee to work while untrained on the use of a cordless Burndy press tool, not provided by the employer, when working off the structure on an energized powerline, exposing the employee to a 7,620 volts electrical hazard.
