29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) 1045 Four O'clock Rd, Breckenridge CO: On or about August 25, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a three story residential roof conducting roofing activities without fall protection.
