29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): A safety and health program was not initiated and maintained to provide compliance with the general safety and health provisions of the standard: a) Jobsite located at 811-13 Unruh Ave., Philadelphia, PA: The employer failed to maintain a safety and health program to address the associated hazards that employees may be exposed to, such as but not limited to: fall protection and prevention, identification and control of hazards, training and education, first aid, medical training and assistance, and regular site safety inspections.
