29 CFR 1926.252(a):An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s): a) 2237 Mercer Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027, on the upper roof, on or about 8/30/23. Workers threw stripped roofing material off of the upper roof 26 feet to the ground without a chute while a worker was assigned to work on the ground.
