29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about August 29, 2023, an employee was exposed to a struck by hazard while performing siding activities on a residential home located on Lot 244, Victory Lane, Columbia Station, Ohio, 44028. An employee was working on the scaffold above a ground employee with tools and materials that could have fallen on the ground employee, and the employer did not ensure the ground employee was wearing a protective helmet.
