1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. (a) Location - Jobsite On or about 08/21/2023, employee were observed working at heights greater than 6 feet not connected to personal fall protection, one employee was not wearing a harness. Supervisor on site did not correct and was observed on the roof with no personal fall protection.
