LOCATION: 175 Milton Street, Boston, MA 02124 An employee cut his hand while using a table saw which resulted in an amputation to his finger. After it was reported to OSHA the CSHO performing the inspection noticed a worker installing a basement window without a hard hat on. There were workers in a boom lift above him.
