29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about August 14, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the machine specific procedure for the Line 4 Vegetable Blender/Dumper #6 was utilized prior to the cleaning out of the discharge area of the equipment. Kraft Heinz Foods Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1613300 citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 7388 Utica Blvd., Lowville, NY 13367. Kraft Heinz Foods Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health's equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(d), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560762, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on March 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 W.
