Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck by hazards associated with metal storage racking: (a) Shopify Area - Beams in the metal storage racks had missing locking devices at the following locations, 02A02B05, 03A21X01, and 03A12Y01, exposing employees to struck by hazards from falling rack components or stored materials, on or about August 16, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
