29 CFR 1910.1053(d)(3)(iii): Where the most recent exposure monitoring indicated that employee exposures were at or above the action level but at or below the PEL, the employer did not repeat such monitoring within six months of the most recent monitoring: a) Stone Shop (Building 950): On or about August 15, 2023, the employer did not repeat employee exposure monitoring for silica within six months of April 8, 2022, when that monitoring indicated that employees were at or above the action level, exposing employees to health hazards including silicosis, lung and kidney disease.
