29 CFR 1926.350(a)(11): Cylinders were not stored in definitely assigned storage places where the cylinders would not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: (a) Storage container, North side of building exterior: On or about June 21, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that a 120CF oxygen cylinder was not secured to prevent it from being knocked over in an area that was frequented by employees from while they retrieved supplies from the storage container.
