29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about August 11, 2023,, during installation of siding to the exterior of a residential building located at Site 1, Hope Court, Westlake, OH 44145, the employer did not ensure an employee working from a JLG Model aerial lift was wearing and utilizing a body belt (harness) and lanyard attached to the basket of the aerial lift.
