29 CFR 1926.50(a): The employer shall insure the availability of medical personnel for advice and consultation on matters of occupational health. Location: 1 Lindbergh Rd, Stony Point, NY (a) On or about August 12, 2023, No onsite medical surveillance program was established to physiologically monitor workers daily who were exposed to the hazard of high heat from outdoor environmental conditions during air knifing and who were otherwise exposed to potential heat stressors as a result of wearing flame resistant cotton coveralls. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item, failure to comply will result in an additional penalty of $1,000.00 as per 29 CFR 1903.19.
