29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about August 11, 2023, the employer did not have a plumbed emergency eyewash station in the laundry room. Employees are exposed to but not limited to ALCO-chem D-Stain, ALCO Double Agent, and ALCO N2500. Employees used funnels to pour/transfer the old containers into the new.
