Static charge on the suspended load shall be dissipated with a grounding device before ground personnel touch the suspended load, or protective rubber gloves shall be worn by all ground personnel touching the suspended load: 30�59'40.4"N 101�48'41.9"W, Crockett County, TX: On or about August 02, 2023, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards due to the employer not ensuring that employees utilized rubber gloves before touching suspended loads from the helicopter.
