29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about August 4, 2023, employees were exposed fall hazards and eye injuries while performing roofing activities and the employer did not ensure a competent person conducted frequent and regular inspections of the worksite and equipment to identify the workplace hazards. MARGARITO CUAHUIZO AHUATL DBA AHUATL CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1500187, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1(b) AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 8, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 612 N MAIN STREET, WASHINGTON, ILLINOIS 61571.
