29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. (a) Waste Disposal Barge: On or about 08/01/2023, and at times prior, unsecured boards were placed on the employees walking to and from the worksite using loose boards as a walk plank were exposed to a tripping hazard.
