OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) Below Hook Lifting Devices for Hoist Cranes; On or about July 31, 2023 and at times prior, employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards, in that load ratings were not provided on the manufactured below hook lifting device for a crane hoist which loaders and welders are required to use to move frame components from workstation to workstation.
