29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. a) Athens Seed Company: On July 24, 2023, the employer did not report to OSHA the work-related fatality of an employee within eight (8) hours for an employee who was injured on 7/13/23 and died on 7/24/23 at 08:54am. The fatality was not reported until 7/27/23 at 1:30pm.
