New Horizons Baking Co. On or about July 28, 2023, at the location of 211 Woodlawn Ave. Norwalk, OH: Employer did not adequately train employees to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees. Employees replacing the LeMatic Inc. BF-25W Band Slicer blade without the benefit of recognizing and controlling potentially hazardous energy were exposed to caught in hazards.
