29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July, 24, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 2575 Cypress Drive SE, Massillon, Ohio 44646. The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure they were using fall protection. Ramos Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495855, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/20 with respect to a workplace located at 1344 Tylers Mill Lane, Massillon, Ohio 44646. Ramos Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366810, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/7/19 with respect to a workplace located at 1133 10th Street NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646.
